When will my online order be ready for pickup?
- Orders can usually be picked up as soon as they are placed! For your convenience and assurance, we recommend waiting until you receive the "ready for pickup" notification, usually within 24 hours of ordering.

Are you purchasing items? Do you buy used shoes?
- Yes, we're always buying! If you're selling online, please send us a list that includes Shoe, Size, Condition, and Price. We do buy used/pre-owned shoes and prefer buying pre-owned in-store since sometimes pictures do not accurately portray the shoe.

I placed an order for the wrong size/item, can I make changes to my order?
- If you ordered the wrong size, message us ASAP so we can adjust the order for you before shipping/pickup.

Do you accept Returns/Exchanges?
- We offer full credit exchanges for items in the same condition as when sold. If there is damage or wear on the box/shoe post-sale, we will provide store credit, but not full credit. Please note that pre-owned sales are final, and if the customer is out of town, they are liable for shipping costs.

Are items only available at the location listed online?
- Our system loads only one item due to the software used. The same item might be available at our other location. Call/Message us to check availability if the store near you shows it's out of stock.

My online pickup order was placed at one store, but I want to pick it up at another location.
- Message us for a free inventory transfer between our stores. It may take 1-3 days for the transfer to complete.

How do I receive reward points?
- On our homepage, you'll find a rewards button. Click it, create an account, and you'll be set up to receive future rewards!

I don't know what size I am?
- We have a size guide on all our shoe product pages to help determine your shoe size, including conversions for kids to women's sizes.

I am looking for a shoe that's not available on the website, can you order it for me?
- We do offer special orders. Call/Message us or visit us in-store to get a quote! We prefer fulfilling orders and are more flexible on pricing for special orders. Payment can be made in full or a 25% deposit, with the remainder due upon arrival of the item.

How can I ensure the shoes I bought are authentic?
- We have a team of experienced individuals dedicated to ensuring the authenticity of our products, including our owner and managers. Unlike other companies that hire random people for authentication, we take pride in securing your purchase. Click here for more info.

I purchased shoes elsewhere, but they don't fit. Can I exchange them for a size you have available?
- Contact us to inquire about size swaps. Most size swaps may incur a cost to obtain the size you need. To avoid this cost, consider purchasing from us as we offer free full credit exchanges for items in the same condition.

When will my order be shipped?
- Orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, except on weekends and holidays due to limited shipping company hours.

What happens if my order is damaged/lost in transit?
- All orders are fully insured against damage or loss during transit. Contact us to file a claim if your order arrives damaged or is lost.

I placed an order online for local delivery, when will it be delivered?
- Local delivery orders are typically delivered within 1-3 days, depending on our drivers' availability.

Can I try on sneakers before making a purchase?
- Absolutely! Visit one of our two locations to try on the item before making your purchase. For online order pickups, we recommend trying them on before leaving to avoid a return trip if they don't fit.

Can I use Payment Plans/Layaway?
- Payments via Shop Pay, After Pay, Klarna, Sezzle, and Affirm are available. Click here for more info
- For layaway, a 25% deposit is required to hold an item. If not paid within 4 weeks, the deposit will be retained, and the item will be put back up for sale.
