The Nike Kobe 6 Grinch appears nearly identical to the original 2011 release, showcasing a textured, snake-inspired Green Apple and Volt upper, paying homage to Kobe's Black Mamba nickname. The shoe features a black Swoosh, red Kobe branding on the tongue, and a green translucent outsole, all emphasizing the reptile theme. However, being a Protro version, there are some improvements. The updated Kobe 6 Grinch incorporates a more responsive Zoom Air cushioning system and a modified traction pattern for enhanced court feel. The silhouette shape has also been adjusted to offer a lower, sleeker fit.
